General Terms and Conditions –
Motorhome site Am Schönebach

The following general terms and conditions are part of the contract.

The following contractual conditions comprehensively regulate the mutual rights and obligations between Martin-Folwarczny Grundstücks-eGbR as the operator of the pitch and the pitch guest.

Only the dates valid for the travel period apply to the contractual services. Telephone agreements, ancillary agreements and other agreements of any kind must be made in writing and confirmed by the car park operator in order to be valid.

By driving onto the pitch, the pitch guest accepts the conclusion of a binding pitch contract. The car park contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

The pitch regulations are part of these GTC and come into effect as soon as the campervan park is entered.

The total rental amount for the length of stay chosen by the pitch guest must be paid in advance. The maximum length of stay is 3 nights, starting at 12:00 noon. The pitch fee is valid for one night. We request a departure on the day of departure by 12:00 noon at the latest.

Upon booking, the pitch guest receives the right to a pitch for the period of stay prepaid by him. The supply and disposal of water, waste water, electricity and WLAN are included in the ticket.

If the parking space guest does not pay the parking space fee or does not pay it sufficiently, a flat-rate charge of 25 euros/per day and further costs incurred for requesting the licence plate number from the Federal Motor Transport Authority will be due. A cancellation fee of €5 will be charged.

The pitch guest confirms that the personal details are correct. By paying the rent, the parking space guest recognises the General Terms and Conditions. The statutory provisions and the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the pitch contract is the court responsible for the pitch. Should individual provisions of the General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The wholly or partially invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision whose economic effect comes as close as possible to that of the invalid provision.

Preliminary remark:

Welcome to the Am Schönebach motorhome site in Eisenberg. The caravan park is operated by Martin-Folwarczny Grundstücks-eGbR.

The pitch is equipped with electricity columns for 14 motorhomes and a supply and disposal station.

To ensure that you have a pleasant stay and that everything runs smoothly, please observe the following rules. The use of this pitch constitutes a contract subject to the following conditions. Users recognise these pitch regulations.

Use:

Access to the motorhome site is only permitted to users of the pitch. The motorhome site is reserved for motorhome users only. No spaces are provided for caravans and tents. The erection of awnings is not permitted. Unauthorised vehicles or tents will be removed for a fee. Vehicles with roof tents are treated in the same way as motorhomes.

The motorhome pitch is subject to a charge. The pitch fee must be paid on the day of arrival.

Please avoid littering the car park and its surroundings. Rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided.

The supply (fresh water) and disposal (service water) is carried out exclusively via the supply and disposal system. The chemical toilets may only be emptied at the designated point. Waste water from the operation of the mobile homes may only be emptied into the drain provided at the disposal station. Dirty water must not be released into the environment.
Washing vehicles on the site is prohibited!

The use of generators is prohibited. If you need electricity, please use the available power columns.

Please note that the areas around the trees harbour certain risks due to falling leaves and branches, for which we accept no liability.

Order and cleanliness are a matter of course for all users of the motorhome site. All facilities and equipment must be treated with care. The pitch must be left clean after use. Any rubbish can be disposed of free of charge in the bins provided. Please use our containers near the entrance.

Pet owners must ensure that other campsite guests are not disturbed. Dogs of all sizes must be kept on a lead at all times. Dog walking is only permitted outside the caravan site. Please remove dog faeces immediately.

Enclosing the pitches with fencing is prohibited. The pitch must be completely tidied up by the user before leaving. It is forbidden to keep pitches free.

Barbecues are permitted on the pitch. Nuisance to other users due to fire, flying sparks and smoke must of course be avoided. Fire extinguishers are compulsory on all pitches.

Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours and avoid disturbing noise. In particular, the night’s rest must be observed from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am. Always turn down the radio, television, etc. so that you do not disturb others. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited on the pitch and must not be set off.

The pitch may only be used by vehicles with liability insurance and registered/authorised vehicles. Use and driving on the site is at your own risk. The maximum speed limit is 10 km/h.

The site is under video surveillance. Any claims for damages against the operators are excluded.

In order to maintain order and safety on the motorhome site, it is forbidden to run a business, sell anything or put on shows! Exceptions are permitted by Martin-Folwarczny Grundstücks-eGbR.

The operator is authorised, in exercising his domiciliary rights, to expel persons from the site if this appears necessary to maintain safety and order on the motorhome site and in the interests of the site guests. The instructions of the operator’s staff must be followed, in particular with regard to the positioning of vehicles.
